摘要
结合中国有色金属工业的发展现状 ,分析了加入WTO之后带给中国有色金属工业的重大机遇以及其面临的严峻挑战 ,并提出加强立法、加快产业调整、组建我国大型有色金属工业企业集团、重视人才队伍建设等对策和措施。
According to current developmental situation,the domestic nonferrous metal industry are confronted with great oppotunities and serious challenges after china's accession to WTO.In this paper,some countermeasures such as strenghening legislation,accelerating industry regulation,establishing large enterprises group,and improving personnel construction are propased.
