摘要 研究目的:针对泄水洞超小间距(1.9 m)下穿高速铁路既有运营线隧道的沉降控制难题,以兰渝线龙凤隧道泄水洞下穿既有龙凤隧道设计为例,通过理论分析、数值计算和现场试验段施工等方法,达到泄水洞施工中严格控制既有隧道沉降、保障既有隧道和线路安全的目的。研究结论:(1)通过采取"倒人字坡"设计,能增加两隧间净岩柱厚度,同时不影响泄水洞的施工和使用功能;(2)通过采取长管棚加小导管注浆预加固岩溶破碎地层,以及喷早高强混凝土、全环型钢钢架加强支护、注浆回填钢拱架背后的空隙等措施,能很好地控制既有线沉降,保障运营安全;(3)现场试验段施工能较好地验证设计参数和施工工艺;(4)本设计可对其他类似下穿铁路运营线工程设计提供借鉴。 Research purposes: For the settlement control problem of drainage hole with ultra-small net distance(1. 9 m) beneath the high-speed railway existing tunnel,taking Longfeng tunnel drain cavern design of Lanzhou-Chongqing line beneath the existing Longfeng tunnel as an example,this paper uses theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and field test section construction method,to strictly control the settlement of existing tunnel in drainage tunnel construction,and ensure safety of the existing tunnel and line.Research conclusions:(1) By taking the "inverted chevron slope"design,the net rock pillar thickness between the two tunnels can increase without affecting the construction of tunnel and the use of function;(2) The long pipe shed and small pipe grouting reinforcing karst fractured strata,and spray concrete,the whole ring steel frame strengthening support,grouting backfilling the gap behind steel arch and other measures are adopted to control the existing line settlement,and guarantee safe operation;(3) The construction method of the test section,can be used to validate the design parameters and construction technology;(4) The design also has a good reference for other similar projects beneath the railway line.
