玉京山隧道“四位一体”揭煤防突施工技术 被引量:11

"Four-in-One" Outburst Prevention Construction Technology for Uncovering Coal of Yujingshan Tunnel

摘要 研究目的:成贵高速铁路玉京山隧道为煤与瓦斯突出隧道,为防止出现煤与瓦斯突出、爆炸的安全事故,在前期地质勘察及施工揭示地质情况的基础上,需要对所经10层煤开展揭煤防突专项设计,并在实施过程中予以调整。C5煤层为玉京山隧道进口工区最先遇见的煤层,为突出煤层。对C5煤层揭煤防突的研究可指导其余煤层的施工。研究结论:(1)按照"四位一体"防突体系,制定的先区域防突后局部防突的施工措施是可行的;(2)高速铁路双线隧道开挖断面约140 m2,远大于一般煤矿巷道的20 m2,"四位一体"防突体系运用于铁路双线隧道,应做相应研究调整;(3)防突措施的选择需根据煤层参数、地质特征、工期进度、安全性、经济性等因素综合确定;(4)C5煤层研究结果不仅可对其余9层煤揭煤提供技术指引,也可供其他铁路隧道揭煤防突设计及施工借鉴。 Research purposes: Yujingshan tunnel of Chengdu-Guiyang high-speed railway is coal and gas outburst tunnel. To prevent the safety accident of coal and gas outburst as well as explosion,it needs to make special design for anti-outburst of uncovering coal for the ten layers of coal on the basis of geological conditions revealed by preliminary geological investigation and construction,and make adjustment in the construction process. C5 coal seam is the coal seam firstly met by Yujingshan tunnel entrance work area and it is outburst seam. The research on the outburst prevention of C5 coal seam uncovering can guide the construction of other coal seams.Research conclusions:(1) Based on "four-in-one"outburst prevention system,the prepared construction measures for pre-regional outburst prevention and post local outburst prevention are feasible.(2) The excavation section of double track tunnel of high speed railway is about 140 m2,which is much bigger than that of common coal mine roadway at 20 m2. "Four-in-one"outburst prevention system is applied to railway double track tunnel and it should makecorresponding research adjustments.(3) The selection of outburst prevention measures should be determined by parameters of coal seam, geological characteristics, schedule progress, safety, economy and other factors comprehensively.(4) The research results of C5 coal seam not only provide technical instructions for the rest 9 coal uncovering coals,but also provide reference for outburst prevention design and construction of other uncovering coal of railway tunnel.
