摘要
本研究分析了不同标准所推荐的五氧化二钒产品中全钒含量检测方法的差异,通过实验确定了相关差异对于检测结果的影响。本研究建立了一种适用于高纯五氧化二钒中低价钒含量检测的电位滴定方法,并与冶金行业标准中推荐的方法进行了对比,结果显示电位滴定法的检测结果精密度和准确度更高。
The differences among methods of vanadium content detection of vanadium pentoxide recommended in different kinds of standards were analyzed in this study. The effects of relevant differences on test results were determined experimentally. In this study,a potentiometric titration method,which was applied to low valent vanadium content detection in high purity vanadium pentoxide,and was compared with the method recommended in metallurgical standard. The results showed that the potentiometric titration method has higher precision and accuracy.
