Circular of the National Railway Administration on Publishing the Results of the Stocktaking of the Eleventh Batch of Regulatory Documents Formulated by the Former Ministry of Railways

中国铁路总公司，各地方铁路公司：为进一步做好“放管服”改革工作，落实国务院办公厅清理部门规章和文件的要求，根据铁路改革发展实际，按照“先易后难、有序推进，边清理、边出成果、边向社会公开”的原则，国家铁路局对原铁道部规范性文件进行第十一批清理，对中国铁路总公司自行停止执行的4件原铁道部人事管理类规范性文件进行处理。
