康复新液联合红光照射对高位肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响

Kangfu New Liquid Combined with Red Light Therapy for Postoperative Wound-surface Healing of High Anal Fistula:Clinical Efficacy Observation

为观察康复新液换药联合红光照射治疗对高位肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响,寻找促进高位肛瘘术后创面快速愈合的新方法,将符合纳入标准的60例高位肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组于术后24 h后采用中药硝矾洗剂坐浴熏洗,红光治疗20 min后进行换药,换药时以碘伏消毒后用康复新液原液冲洗创面,再以康复新液纱条填塞。对照组于术后24 h后采用中药硝矾洗剂坐浴熏洗,换药时以碘伏棉球消毒后用凡士林纱条填塞。对2组患者疼痛程度、创面分泌物、创面肉芽组织生长情况、创面愈合时间等方面进行比较。结果显示,2组患者创面均完全愈合,愈合率100%;但在创面愈合时间方面,治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05);在肉芽组织生长与疼痛程度方面,术后第7天,2组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第14、21天2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在分泌物方面,第7、14、21天2组组间比较差异均有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,康复新液联合红光照射能显著减少高位肛瘘术后创面分泌物分泌、促进创面肉芽组织生长、缓解术后疼痛、缩短创面愈合时间,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to seek a new therapy for accelerating postoperative wound surface healing through observing the efficacy of Kangfu New liquid combined with red light therapy for postoperative wound-surface healing of high complex fistula in ano, enrolled 60 cases met inclusion criteria and randomly divided them into treatment group and control one（30 cases per group）,which after surgery the former took TCM Xiaofan lotion for sitz bath and fuming ＆ wash,after 20 min of red light treatment took dressing exchange when in the proper order as iodophor disinfection,Kangfu New liquid for irrigating woundsurface, then tamponing Kangfu New liquid ganze strip into wound, meanwhile the latter at 24 h after surgery adopted TCM Xiaofan lotion for sitz bath ＆ fuming wash,then took dressing exchange when first io- dophor disinfection afterward tamponing vaseline gauze strip; compared both group＇s aspects as pain de gree, wound-surface secretion, growth status of wound-surface granulation tissue, and wound-surface healing time,etc.As results,the healing rate of both groups was all 100% ,but healing time in former was shor ter than that in the latter（ P 〈0.05）;in granulation tissue growth and pain degree there was no statistical difference on the 7th day after surgery（ P 〉0.05）,on the 14th,21st there was statistical difference（ P 〈 0.05） ;in secretion the former was all significantly superior to the latter on the 7th,14th and 21st day（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that Kangfu New liquid plus red light therapy can significantly reduce wound surface secretion,promote granulation tissue growth, alleviate postoperative pain, shorten wound surface healing time,and it is safe and effective.h is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
