摘要
为探究围手术期饮食干预对结直肠癌患者术后康复的影响,选择2014年11月至2017年5月我院收治的80例结直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(应用个性化饮食干预)和对照组(应用常规饮食干预),各40例。对比2组患者术后肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、并发症发生率、营养指标和住院时间。结果显示,观察组患者术后肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者术后白蛋白、血红蛋白、总蛋白含量均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,围手术期对结直肠癌手术患者采取个性化饮食干预切实可行,有利于患者术后恢复。
This study was to investigate the influence of perioperative diet intervention on the postoperative recovery of colorectal carcinoma patients, enrolled 80 cases to be subject to surgery in author's hospital from Nov. 2014 to May 2017 yr. as research objects, and randomly divided them into observation group (gave individually diet interventing) and control one(gave routine diet),40 cases for each,then compare both group's following targets as postoperative recover time of gut function,the time for ambulation,the incidence of complication,nurtrition norm and hospitalization time.As results,in the time of postoperative gut function recovery, for ambulation, and of hospitalization the observation group was all significantly shorter than the control group ( P 〈0.05) ;in the incidence of complication the observation group was sig nificantly lower than the control group( P 〈0.05) ;in the level of albumin,of hemoglobin, and of total proTein the observation group was all significantly higher than the control group( P 〈0.05).Results show that individually interventing by diet is feasible for perioperative colorectal carcinoma patients,helpful to patient 's postoperative recovery.
