摘要
为探讨针对性营养护理干预在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的应用效果,选择2016年3月至2017年3月我院收治的96例UC患者进行研究,随机分为试验组和对照组,各48例,试验组接受针对性营养护理干预,对照组接受常规护理。对比2组患者出院时的营养状况及护理满意度。结果显示,试验组患者出院时营养指标(血清蛋白、血清总蛋白、血白蛋白、血红蛋白及体质量指数)及营养评级均优于对照组,P<0.05;而且护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,对UC患者实施针对性营养护理干预,可改善其营养状况,提高护理满意度,优化护理质量。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of targeted nutritional nursing intervention on the patients with ulcerative colitis(UC),enrolled 96 cases of UC who admitted in author's hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 yr., and randomly divided them into trial group and control one,48 cases for each, which the former received above targeted nutritional nursing intervention, meanwhile the latter still routine nursing;then compared both group's nutrition situation and satisfactory degree to nursing at discharge. As results,in the nutrition targets(serum protein, serum total protein, blood albumin, hemoglobin and BMI) and in nutrition grading the former was all superior to the latter( P〈0.05) ,its satisfactory degree to nursing was significantly higher than that of the latter( P 〈0.05).Results show that performing targeted nutritional nursing intervention on the UC patients can improve their nutrition situation, enhance satisfaction degree to nursing,so that optimize nursing quality.
