扶正祛痰方联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Fuzheng Qutan Recipe Combined with Cisplatin

目的探究扶正祛痰方联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的有效性及作用机制。方法以"扶正祛痰方"为实验用药,以40只LL/2荷瘤C57BL/6J小鼠为对象,分为对照组、顺铂组、中药组及中西医结合组,每组10只,分别于第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天测肿瘤体积,第21天后处死,取出脾脏、胸腺及肿瘤组织称重,对肿瘤组织行免疫组化法检测肿瘤细胞数。结果抑瘤率:中西医结合组>顺铂组>中药组>对照组;扶正祛痰方组和联合组肺癌小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数较顺铂组高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正祛痰方能提高机体免疫力,且具有一定抑瘤作用,并能缓解顺铂对机体毒副作用,与顺铂联用能明显提高存活率及生活质量。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and mechanism of Fuzheng Qutan Recipe combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non - small cell lung cancer. Method：Taking Fuzheng Qutan Recipe as a tool, 40 LL/2 tumor- bearing C57BL/6J mice were divided into control group, cisplatin group, tradi- tional Chinese medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group, with 10 in each group. The tumor volume was measured on the 3rd, 7th, 14th and 21st day. After the 21st day, the tumor was sacrificed. The spleen, thymus, and tumor tissues were weighed. The tumor tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry to determine the number of tumor ceils. Result：Tumor inhibition rate ： integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group 〉 cisplatin group 〉 Chinese medicine group 〉 control group ; the spleen index and thymus index of the mice with lung cancer in Fuzheng Qutan Recipe group and the combined group were higher than that of the cisplatin group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Fuzheng Qutan Recipe can improve the immunity of the body, has a certain anti tumor effect, and can relieve the side effect of cisplatin to the body.The combined use of Fuzheng Qutan Recipe and cisplatin can obviously improve the survival rate and the quality of life.
