乌灵胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on Wu Ling Capsule in the treatment for functional indigestion

目的:用Meta分析的方法来评价乌灵胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法:通过检索CNKI、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、Pub Med外文数据库中(1990-2017年),收集有关乌灵胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的随机对照临床研究的文献,把符合纳入标准的12篇文献共1392例患者作为Meta分析的对象,选择临床症状疗效作为效应指标,采用Rev Man5.3专用软件进行统计学分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示乌灵胶囊治疗组在改善临床症状方面与对照组比较有显著性差异,无明显不良反应,临床有效率OR=3.64,95%CI=(2.57,5.14)。结论:乌灵胶囊治疗功能性消化不良有效,安全性较高,较对照组更有优势,值得临床推广。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuling capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia by meta-analysis.Methods： CNKI,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journals Full Text Database,Wanfang Database,CBM and Pub Med（1990-2017）were conducted to collect the data from randomized controlled trials of Wuling capsule in the treatment for functional dyspepsia. According to the literature of clinical research,1392 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects in Meta analysis. The efficacy of clinical symptoms was selected as the effect index,and statistical software Rev Man5. 3 was used for statistical analysis. Results： The result of Meta analysis showed that there was the significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms between Wuling capsule group and the control group,and there were no obvious adverse reactions. The clinical effective rate was 3. 64,95% CI =（2. 57,5. 14）,P〈0. 05.Conclusion： Wuling capsule is effective and safe for functional dyspepsia,which is more advantageous than the control group and worthy of clinical promotion.
