栀子黄色素在牛奶蛋白织物上的染色性能 被引量:3

摘要 针对栀子黄色素染色工艺条件不易控制的问题,试验通过有机溶剂法对栀子黄色素进行粗制和提纯,研究了粗制染液和提纯染液的pH值、染料质量分数、染色时间、染色温度对牛奶蛋白织物染色性能的影响。结果表明:经提纯染液染色后织布的K/S值远高于粗制染液,当染液pH值为6,染料质量分数为5%,80℃染色60 min时,栀子黄提纯染液对牛奶蛋白织物的染色性能最佳,其K/S值为4.35,耐皂洗色牢度可达4级;咪唑啉季铵盐表面活性剂能使织物的K/S值增加14.5%以上;媒染剂EDTA-2Na能提高栀子黄色素的稳定性,Fe3+能提高织物的K/S值和染料的上染百分率,但Fe3+对栀子黄色素具有破坏性。 In view of the difficult control of ingardenia yellow dyeing, the gardenia yellow pigment is prepared and purified by organic solvent method. The effects of pH value, dye concentrations, dyeing temperature and time of refined and unrefined dye solutions on dyeing performance of milk protein fabric are studied. The results show that, the K/S value of the dyeings with refined dye solution is higher than that with unrefined dye solution. With dyeing solution pH value 6, purified dyes concentration 5%, and dyeing at 80 ℃ for 60 min, the dyeing performance of the milk protein deings is the best with K/S value of 4.35 and color fastness to soaping of Grade 4. Imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt surfactants can increase the K/S value of the dyeings by more than 14.5%. EDTA-2Na can improve the stability of gardenia yellow pigment. Fe^3+ can improve the K/S value and the dye uptake percentage of the dyeings, but it is destructive to gardenia yellow pigment.
