摘要
为了掌握大容量锅炉燃用准东煤时受热面实际的传热特性,重点核算了锅炉各级受热面实际运行的传热情况,结果表明:掺烧比例越大,实际屏底烟温越高,炉膛的沾污情况越发严重、分隔屏传热明显减弱,在掺烧比例为80%时,换热能力仅为额定设计工况的62%;高温受热面因烟温高及吹灰器布置多原因,换热能力略有增加;低温受热面在掺烧比例增加的时候沾污情况并没有增加。
In order to master the characteristics of heat transfer of large capacity boiler burning Zhundong-coal when the actual heating surface, the heat transfer of actual operation of heating surface at all levels of boiler is calculated, results show that the greater the proportions of blending,the higher the temperature of the actual screen bottom,the more serious the contamination of the hearth, the heat transfer of the separating screen is obviously weakened, when the proportion of blending is 80%,the heat transfer capacity is 62%. The fish superheater and reheater of heat transfer capacity is slightly increased because of the high temperature and many reasons for the layout of the soot blower, the contamination condition of the low temperature heated surface does not increase when the proportion of blending is increased.
