基于AP-913流程的预防性维修模板开发

摘要 持续开发或优化预防性维修大纲,确保核电设备执行合理必要的预防性维修,符合INPO AP-913设备可靠性管理流程,是保证核电机组安全稳定运行的重要环节。以海水系统管式热交换器为例,参考美国电力科学研究院预防性维修数据库相关数据,结合自身设备管理及维修经验,提出设备预防性维修模板开发的通用流程,用于指导预防性维修大纲的优化或开发,提高预防性维修质量,进而确保核电设备可靠性,提升核电机组运营业绩。 The INPO AP-913 process requires to develop or optimize the preventive maintenance program continuously and ensure the implementation of reasonable and necessary preventive maintenance to equipment in nuclear power plants.And it is an important part to ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power units. Taking the tube type heat exchanger for seawater cooling system as an example, which makes a reference for the related datum from EPRI preventive maintenance database and combines with equipment management and maintenance experience, presents the general process of equipment preventive maintenance template development to guide the preventive maintenance program optimization and development, and to improve the quality of preventive maintenance, and to ensure the reliability of equipment, and to enhance the operating performance of nuclear power units.
