帕金森病精神障碍的药物治疗进展

Progress of drug therapy for psychosis in Parkinson's disease

帕金森病(PD)是以典型运动症状为主要表现的中老年人常见的神经系统变性疾病,其中伴随的非运动症状也日益引起人们的重视。其中,帕金森病伴发精神障碍(PDP)占帕金森病患者的30%～80%,主要是出现在治疗10年或以上的PD患者,且精神症状严重程度对患者的生存质量有较大影响。本文对PDP的药物治疗的现状作一简要综述。

Parkinson＇s disease （PD） is a common degenerative neurological disease in middle-aged and elderly people, which is characterized by typical motor symptoms. The accompanying non-motor symp-toms are also getting increasingly attention. Among them, psychosis associated with Parkinson＇s disease ac- counted for 30% - 80% of patients with Parkinson＇s disease, mainly in PD patients treated for 10 years or more, and the severity of mental symptoms have a greater impact on the quality of life of patients. This arti- cle provides a brief review of the current state of drug treatment for psychosis associated with Parkinson＇s disease （ PDPs）.
