摘要
目的探讨基于CT图像后处理技术所得骨关节三维图像数据库在影像解剖学学习中的价值。方法研究病例资料来源于西安医学院第一附属医院2016年部分正常骨关节CT检查图像,利用CT后处理技术构建人体骨关节系统三维图像数据库,进行正常人体骨关节影像解剖学学习。研究组和对照组随机纳入30名学生,对照组采用传统影像解剖学教学法,研究组则添加图像数据库辅助学习。两组学生同时进行考试测验,统计测验结果并填写学习情况调查问卷。结果研究组学生的测试成绩平均值为(84.37±5.64)分,明显高于对照组的(72.27±12.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对提高学习兴趣、加深解剖特征、更易记忆、对相关课程的帮助、学习效果的满意度进行调查,结果显示,研究组评分结果均优于对照组,各项评分结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统影像解剖教学法相比,使用CT三维图像数据库辅助学习效果更佳,可在影像解剖教学中推广使用。
Objective To explore the value of 3D image database of human osteoarticular system based on CT image post-processing technique in the study of image anatomy. Methods The cases of the study were selected from the CT scan images of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University in 2016. CT post-processing technology was applied to construct 3D image database of human osteoarticular system and was used to study the anatomy of normal human osteoarticular imaging. The 30 students in the control group used traditional teaching method in the study of image anatomy, while the 30 students in the study group additionally applied 3D image database. Two groups of students were required to take the test at the same time. Then the test results were statistically recorded, and questionnaire for the study were filled. Results The average score of the study group was(84.37±5.64) points, which was significantly higher than(72.27±12.18) points in the control group(P〈0.05). The study group had higher scores in items including improving the interest of learning, deepening the understanding of anatomical characteristics, making it easier to remember,helping the relevant courses, and the satisfaction of learning. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, the use of 3D image database of human osteoarticular system based on CT image post-processing technique can improve the effect of learning, which can be widely used in the teaching of image anatomy.
