干扰素诱导蛋白2在炎症调节中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 干扰素具有抑制病毒复制和细胞增殖的作用,而每个干扰素刺激基因的具体贡献相互交错又各有不同。干扰素诱导蛋白2(IFIT2)基因又名干扰素诱导基因54(ISG54),是一种蛋白编码基因,其编码的IFIT2参与多种细胞生物效应,与许多疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文就干扰素诱导蛋白2诱导细胞凋亡、抗病毒、抑制细胞增殖等生物学功能进行综述,并着重对IFIT2在炎症调节作用中的研究进展与可能的调控机制,以及其与糖尿病肾病的潜在联系进行阐述。
