摘要
骨科生物力学和运动学相关测定与关节骨科、创伤骨科、脊柱外科、康复科有着十分密切的联系。运动系统相关疾病的诊治、创伤对运动系统功能的影响、不同固定手术方式的疗效评价等都需要使用运动测量这一研究手段。其主要研究关节间的相对运动方向与运动范围。基于光学三维运动捕捉系统因其具有精准度高、便携性优良及可扩展性等优点使其在医疗基础及临床上广泛应用,尤其是在步态分析及术后康复领域。本文就光学式三维运动捕捉系统在运动系统研究中的相关应用进行阐述。
Orthopedic biomechanics and kinematics-related measurements are closely related to joint orthopedic, traumatic orthopedic, spinal surgery and rehabilitation. It is necessary to use motion measurement to diagnose and treat related diseases of motor system, the influence of trauma on motor system function, and evaluate the curative effects of different surgical fixation methods. It mainly studies the relative movement direction and range of motion between joints. Optical-based three-position motion capture system is widely applied in medical field and clinic because of its high accuracy, portability and scalability, especially in the field of gait analysis and postoperative rehabilitation. This article presents the application of the optical three-dimensional motion capture system in the research of motor system.
