我国雄安新区发展战略的历史承续与共时跨跃

Development Strategy of Xiong An District in China:Historic Inheritance and Synchronic Leaps

雄安新区是习近平经济思想的集中呈现和宏伟蓝图。文章从经济特区发展的背景分析三个具有"全国意义"经济特区的历史使命和内在联系,根据习近平治国理政新思路,梳理雄安新区对传统特区成功经验的承续和新功能探索性的跨跃,有利于清晰展现雄安新区发展建设的任务纲领。雄安新区是经济特区创造的中国经济发展模式的延续,在道路上、文化上、改革上和开放上承续和发扬传统特区的成功经验;又具有传统特区不同的功能,在疏解承载非首都功能、协同京津冀发展的基础上,建设创新驱动、生态宜居的现代化新型城区,跨跃性探索贯彻落实新发展理念。

Xiong An District, the concentrated reflection of Xi jinping＇s economic though and the grand blueprint. From the background of special economic zone development, this paper analyzes the historical mission and inner link of three special economic zones with national significance according to the new thought of managing state affairs and to untangle the inheritance and exploratory leaps of Xiong An District from traditional special zones help clearly show the development program of Xiong An District. Xiong An District is a continuation of China＇s economic development pattern created by the special economic zone. It inherits and develops the successful experience of the traditional special zones on the path, culture, reform and opening up. At the same time, it bears functions different from traditional special zones. It aims at building innovation-driven and ecological livable modern city and exploring and carrying out new development concept in leaps and bounds on the basis of scattering and carrying non-capital function as well as coordinating the development of B eijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
