我国农村地区生态保护扶贫研究现状和实施策略

Research on the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Ecosystem Protection and Poverty Alleviation in the Rural Areas of China

对于生态特别重要和脆弱的贫困地区而言,生态保护和脱贫攻坚能否齐头并进融合发展关系到全面小康社会能否如期实现。实施生态保护扶贫为实现生态保护与扶贫攻坚双赢提供了可能性。文章以促进实施为导向,述评生态保护扶贫研究现状、分析生态保护扶贫研究中存在的问题、探讨促进生态保护扶贫实施的对策,以期为生态保护扶贫政策的贯彻落实提供参考和借鉴。

For the poverty-stricken areas with particularly important and fragile ecology, whether ecological protection and poverty alleviation can be integrated into the integration of the development is related to if a well-off society can be realized on time. The implementation of it has provided the possibility for achieving a win-win situation of ecological protection and poverty alleviation. In order to promote the implementation, this paper reviews the current situation of ecological protection, analyzes the existing problems, and probes into the countermeasures to promote the implementation, in order to provide some micro reference and reference.
