摘要
本文立足《标准化法》2017年之修订,考察国民初定时期至今《标准化法》的"前世今生",对比分析此次修法亮点与难点,认为修订后的《标准化法》成为构建具有时代性、开创性、国际性的标准体系重要支撑。
Based on the revision of the Standardization Law in 2017,this article examines the development of the Standardization Law from the Republic of China to the present time,and compares the highlights and difficulties of the revision of the law.It is believed that the revised Standardization Law provides important support to construct an epochal character,creative and international standards systems.
