摘要
塑料独有的优异性能催生出庞大的塑料建材生产与消费市场,而建筑垃圾中塑料回收过程的规范与利用技术的创新是环保和循环经济发展的必经之路。本文研究了国内外塑料回收技术、再生塑料建材应用领域以及标准化等方面的现状与优势,结合国内学者对回收技术流程的理论阐释以及创新再生利用技术的新思路,探讨塑料回收技术在建筑领域应用的可行性以及再生塑料建材生产过程中产生的标准化需求,以期为从废弃建筑材料中回收塑料过程到采用再生技术生产再生塑料建材过程这一套完整工艺体系提供规范化建议。
The unique performance of plastic has produced a huge plastic building materials production and consumer market,and stressed that the construction waste in the plastic recycling process norms and the use of technology innovation is the only way for environmental protection and recycling economy development.In this paper,through the study of domestic and international plastic recycling technology,recycled plastic building materials applications and standardization and other aspects of the status quo and advantages,combined with domestic scholars on the recovery of the technical process of the theoretical interpretation and innovation and recycling of new ideas to explore the plastic recycling technology in the field of construction applications and the standardization requirements arising from the production of recycled plastic building materials,in order to provide a standardized proposal for the recovery of the plastic process from the waste building materials to the production of recycled plastic building materials using recycled technology.
