电气操作票生成及网络计算机协同工作的专家系统

An Expert System for Electric Operating Note Genesis and Network Computer Supported Cooperative Work

针对电厂电网运行自动化和无人值守变电站远程控制管理的需要 ,提出了一种计算机操作票智能处理的专家系统及现代网络远程计算机支持的协同工作 ( CSCW)的决策支持系统 ( DSS)。该系统具有机器学习、知识处理和图形辅助验证功能 ;数据库设计可满足多站点运行数据自动上报及不同时次的配置接入与维护 ;系统通过网络通讯 ,可远程模拟工作现场显示 ;并具有人机界面友好、维护操作方便、消息驱动机制灵活等特点。

With an aim at the demands by the remote control management of the automation of power grid operation in power plant and the unmaned transformer station,this paper presents an expert system for the computer operating note intelligent processing as well as a decision support system(DSS) with modern network remote computer supported cooperative work(CSCW).This system has such functions as machine learning,knowledge transaction or processing and validation aided with graphics;and its database designing can meet with the auto submission of multi point operation data connection and upkeep configures in different times. This system has also a friendly interface between persons and machines and agile message driving mechanism,convenience for maintenance and operation and features and effects of agile message driving mechanism flexibility via the network communication and the remote analogous display of the workaround state.
