MV-610加工中心基于SURFCAM的后置处理程序设计

Design of a special postprocessor program based on SURFCAM

通过分析 SU RFCAM后置处理程序的程序结构、设计方法 ,结合基于 SINUMERIK 840 D数控系统的MV- 6 10加工中心的编程特点 ,开发了专用的后置处理程序 ,使 SURFCAM生成的程序能够直接应用于MV- 6 10加工中心 ,提高了软件的应用层次和机床的生产效率。

By means of the analysis of SURFCAM postprocessor program structure and design method,referencing MV-610 machining center used SINUMERIK 840D numerical control system and its programming feature,this paper designs a special postprocessor program. Using this program,the NC code that created by SURFCAM can be employed directly,which will effectively improve the SURFCAM application level and enhance production efficiency.
