摘要
某水电机组增容改造后,由于调速器开机规律没有调整,机组开机过程中出现异常振动。为此,建立了计入非线性因素的水电机组开机过程仿真模型,分析了转轮特性、机组惯性时间常数、初始水头等对开机过程的影响,提出了增容改造应重视调速器开机规律的调整。从抑制机组振动的角度出发,提出一种综合性能指标对开机规律进行优化,仿真分析表明优化后的开机过程降低了水压力波动,进而避免产生较大的机组振动,保证了水电机组的安全稳定运行。
With no adjustment on the start-up law of hydraulic turbine governor after transformation,an abnormal vibration occurred during the start-up process of the unit. For this reason,a simulation model of hydropower unit start-up process considering nonlinear factors is established.The influence of turbine runner characteristics,unit inertia time constants and initial water head on start-up process is analyzed.It is put forward that the adjustment of governor's start-up law should be emphasized in capacity expansion and transformation. In order to suppress the unit vibration,a comprehensive performance index is proposed to optimize the start-up law. The simulation results show that the optimized start-up process can reduce the water pressure fluctuation,and avoid a large vibration. Thus it can ensure safe and stable operation of hydropower units.
