摘要
目的:研究针刺治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法:将黄褐斑患者60例随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予针刺治疗,对照组口服西药治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%。对照组总有效率为80%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,明显改善了患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on chloasma. Methods： 60 cases of chloasma were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture, while the control group was treated with western medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results： The total effective rate was 97.5 in the treatment group. The total effective rate of the control group was 80. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment has obvious curative effect on chloasma, which is worthy of clinical application.
