中药熨敷治疗骨质疏松疼痛的临床研究

Herbal Ironing for Osteoporosis Pain

目的:探讨鲑鱼降钙素及阿法骨化醇结合中药熨敷治疗老年骨质疏松疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例老年骨质疏松疼痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用鲑鱼降钙素及阿法骨化醇治疗,观察组则联合中药熨敷治疗,比较两组临床疗效及VAS评分改善情况。结果:观察组VAS评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素及阿法骨化醇结合中药熨敷治疗能有效提高老年骨质疏松疼痛的临床疗效,缓解疼痛,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of salmon calcitonin and alfacalcidol combined with herbal ironing in treatment of elderly osteoporosis pain. Methods： 60 cases of elderly patients with osteoporosis pain were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）, the control group treated with salmon calcitonin and alfacalcidol while observation group combined with herbal ironing, compared the efficacy and improvement of VAS score of the two groups. Results： The improvement of VAS score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）; the overall response rate of observation group was 86.7%, which was significantly higher than 63.3% that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Salmon calcitonin and alfacalcidol combined with herbal ironing can effectively improve the efficacy of elderly osteoporosis pain and deserves clinical promotion.
