摘要
我国高速铁路建设中采用的无砟轨道,分为板式无砟轨道和双块式无砟轨道,而板式无砟轨道又分为CRTSⅠ型、CRTSⅡ型和CRTSⅢ型板。CRTSⅢ型板与CRTSⅠ型和CRTSⅡ型板相比,技术更趋完善,且拥有完全自主知识产权。此文根据采用先张法预制CRTSⅢ型板的特点,在阐述其技术创新和生产工艺流程的基础上,从生产CRTSⅢ型板的人员和机械设备配备,消耗的材料方面进行经济性分析。
The unballasted track used in high speed railway construction in China is divided into slab ballastless track and double block ballastless track, and the slab ballastless track is divided into CRTS I, CRTS II and CRTS III. Compared with CRTS I and CRTS II, the production process of CRTS III is more perfect and has complete independent intellectual property rights. Based on the characteristics of pretensioning prefabricated CRTS III track slab, the technological innovation and production process is expounded in this paper. And the economic analysis of CRTS III production is carried out from the consumption of la- bour, materials and equipment.
