摘要
目的调查护士产后返岗早期自我效能的现状及相关影响因素。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月安徽省六安市人民医院产后返岗早期的71名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、一般自我效能感量表中文版、焦虑自评量表、简易应对方式问卷和领悟社会支持量表对研究对象进行调查。结果产后返岗护士早期一般自我效能得分为(2.57±0.58)分;不同的焦虑水平、家庭支持、应对方式、科室性质、工作年限对产后返岗护士早期的自我效能产生影响(P〈0.05)。结论产后返岗护士早期的自我效能情况处于较低水平,焦虑水平、家庭支持、应对方式、科室性质、工作年限是产后返岗护士自我效能的主要影响因素。护理管理者应关注产后返岗护士,制订完善的产后返岗培训,给予人性化、科学化管理,让其更好地投入到工作中。
Objective To investigate the status of self-efficacy and related influencing factors of postpartum nurses in early stage after returning to work. Methods From January 2017 to February 2018, 71 nurses in the early stage of postpartum return from Liu'an Peoplels Hospital of Anhui Province were selected as the research subjects. The subjects were investigated by the general data questionnaire, the Chinese version of the General Self-Efficacy Scale, the Self rating Anxiety Scale, the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire and the Understanding Social Support Scale. Results The early general self-efficacy of postpartum nurses was (2.57±0.58) points, and the different levels of anxiety, family support, coping style, Department nature and working years had an impact on the early selfefficacy of postpartum return nurses (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The self-efficacy of postpartum nurses at the early stage is at a lower level. The level of anxiety, family support, coping style, Department nature and working life are the main factors affecting the self-efficacy of postpartum return nurses, including the severe department, short work years, high anxiety level and low family support. The period of self-efficacy is low. Nursing managers should pay attention to this part of postpartum return to post nurses, formulate perfect postpartum return training to give scientific management of science, so that they can be better put into work and life.
