环保型成膜助剂制造初探

Preliminary Study on Manufacture of Environmentally-Friendly Coalescing Agents

随着环保法规的日趋严格，对水性涂料的VOC（挥发性有机化合物）限制越来越严，而水性涂料的VOC主要来自于成膜助剂，因此必须开发低VOC或零VOC的成膜助剂。按照成膜助剂的环保发展方向，介绍了这些新型成膜助剂制造方法及其使用效果。

Due to the increasingly strict environmental standards, the VOC （volatile organic compound） restrictions on the water-based coatings are becoming more and more stringent. Since the VOC of the water-based coatings is mainly from the coalescing agents, it is necessary to develop the coalescing agents with low-VOC or VOC-free. The manufacturing methods and application of the new type coalescing agents were introduced based on its environmental development tendency.
