摘要
在分析下运输胶带机启动、制动过程动力学特性的基础上 ,提出了液压储能制动、释能助力软启动系统。运用该系统能安全有效地改善制动过程胶带机的动力学特性 ,还能把胶带和物料运动中的能量转化为液压能存储起来 ,在胶带机再次启动时释放出来 ,通过二次调节元件实现助力软启动。
Based on analyzing the kinetic characteristic of start and brake processes of the down-transporter,this paper put forward a soft-start up system about hydraulic brake release ability. This system can realize and improve transporter' s kinetic characteristic during brake process, and transforms kinetic energy of the rubber and material into hydraulic energy and save it. When the transporter start up again,it was released by second control to assist the system to realize soft start up.
