脑微出血与急性缺血性卒中溶栓治疗后颅内出血 被引量:5

Cerebral microbleeds and post-thrombolysis intracranial hemorrhage in acute schemic stroke

摘要 在时间窗内进行静脉溶栓是急性缺血性卒中患者的有效治疗方式,但溶栓后颅内出血这一严重后果不容忽视。尽管对于脑微出血是否会增高溶栓后颅内出血风险仍存在一定的争议,但进行溶栓治疗时仍应重视脑微出血。 Intravenous thrombolysis within the time window is an effective treatment for patients with acute ischemic stroke, but the serious consequences of intracranial hemorrhage after thrombolysis can not be ignored. Although there are still some controversies about whether cerebral microbleeds will increase the risk of intracranial hemorrhage after thrombolytic treatment, attention should be paid to cerebral microbleeds when thrombolytic therapy is performed.
