拉玛泽减痛法配合穴位按摩助产应用于高龄初产妇的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of Ramaze pain reduction and acupoint massage on the application of midwifery in the elderly primipara

目的:探究拉玛泽减痛法配合穴位按摩助产应用于高龄初产妇对宫缩疼痛程度、产程时间和分娩方式的影响。方法:选取本院2016年3月至8月收治的行常规护理的80例高龄初产妇作为对照组,另选取本院2017年3月至8月收治的行拉玛泽减痛法配合穴位按摩助产的80例高龄初产妇作为观察组。对比两组宫缩疼痛程度、产程时间及分娩方式变化。结果:观察组宫缩疼痛程度均轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组分娩方式优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拉玛泽减痛法配合穴位按摩助产应用于高龄初产妇可有效减轻其宫缩疼痛程度,缩短产程时间,优化分娩方式,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore Lamaza method combined with acupoint massage midwifery applied in elderly primipara effect on uterine pain,labor time and mode of delivery. Methods： From March 2016 to August 2016 80 elderly primipara receiving routine nursing care were selected as control group,the other 80 elderly primipara from March 2017 to August 2017 receiving ramah ze pain relief method together with the acupuncture point massage as observation group. The degree of contractive pain,the time of labor and the change of delivery mode were compared. Results： During the first stages of the incubation period and the second when ramah ze pain relief method was used together with the acupuncture point massage midwifery,contractions pain degree of observation group were lighter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; In the observation group,the first labor,second and third labor time were both shorter than theose of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Lamaze pain relief combined with acupressure massage midwifery can effectively reduce the degree of uterine contraction pain,shorten the birth time,optimize the mode of delivery,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
