大中型水库移民后期扶持政策绩效及影响因素探析

Performance of Late-stage Supportive Policy for Large and Middle Reservoir Resettlement and Discussion on Impact Factors

安徽省是中国重要经济大省,水库等水利设施的修建对保证水土流失及区域农业发展起到了积极作用。但水库移民安置问题应引起重视,以确保社会稳定。笔者对安徽省水库移民安置与后期扶持政策绩效评价相关问题进行了分析,以便为移民安置工作开展提供参考。

Anhui Province is an important economy-developed province in China,and to construct the water conservancy facility as reservoir will take active roles in guaranteeing soil and water conservation and regional agriculture development. However,the issue of reservoir resettlement should be paid attention,so as to ensure the society stability. This paper analyzed reservoir resettlement of Anhui Province and relevant issues about performance evaluation of supportive policy implemented at late stage,so as to supply references for resettlement.
