摘要
采用单一含氧酸盐电解液和复合含氧酸盐电解液,对N6、Cr20Ni80、4J43等3种镍基合金进行电解并分离其中非金属夹杂物,采用电化学工作站测定3种合金在两种不同电解液中的阳极极化曲线,采用扫描电镜对分离出的夹杂物形貌进行观察。结果表明,用复合含氧酸盐电解液电解萃取镍基合金非金属夹杂物时电解过程平稳,电解液的pH值稳定在5左右,超钝化效果较好,分离出的非金属夹杂物较好地保持原貌,提高了非金属夹杂物分析的准确性。
The electrolysis effects of Ni-based alloys in different electrolytes were investigated.Three kinds of Ni-based alloys,including N6,Cr20 Ni80 and 4 J43,were analyzed by electrolysis in single oxysalt electrolyte and mixed oxysalt electrolyte,respectively.Non-metallic inclusions in the alloys were separated and observed by scanning electron microscope.Meanwhile,anode polarization curves of N6,Cr20 Ni80 and 4 J43 in different electrolytes were obtained by electrochemical workstation.Morphology of inclusions separated was observed by SEM(scanning electron microscopy).The results reveal that nonmetallic inclusions are separated smoothly from Ni-based alloys in mixed oxysalt electrolyte,and the pH value keeps at approximately 5 during electrolysis process,presenting the satisfied transpassivity.SEM analysis shows morphology change absence of non-metallic inclusions separated.The mixed oxysalt electrolyte can improve the precision of non-metallic inclusions separation from Ni-based alloys.
