包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切治疗的疗效及安全性分析

目的 研究分析包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切治疗的疗效和安全性.方法 选择2015年1月至2017年1月本院收治的包茎及包皮过长的患者88例,按数字随机表分为两组,每组44例.对照组行背侧切开包皮环切术治疗,观察组使用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切治疗.对比分析两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度、切口愈合时间、术后并发症发生率、包皮水肿程度和外观满意度.结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组术后24h疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组术后并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;观察组术后7d包皮水肿程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组术后1个月外观满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 使用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切治疗疗效确切,能够减轻患者术后疼痛和包皮水肿程度,且术后并发症少,促进切口愈合,提高外观满意度.

Objective To study the curative effect and safety of circumcision with circumcision.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,88 patients with phimosis and prepuce were randomly divided into two groups （n =44）.The control group was treated with circumcision with circumcision.The observation group was treated with circumcision with circumcision.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain,incision healing time,postoperative complication rate,degree of foreskin edema and appearance satisfaction were analyzed.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and incision healing time were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group （P 〉 0.05）.The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The appearance satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1 month after operation （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The use of a one-time circumcision in the circumcision is effective,can reduce the degree of pain and foreskin edema,and less postoperative complications,promote incision healing,improve the appearance of satisfaction.
