通调针法电针对乳腺增生病模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体轴激素分泌的调控作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨通调针法电针治疗对乳腺增生病(MGH)模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体轴(HPA)的作用。方法:选雌性未孕SD健康大鼠37只,随机分为空白组、模型组和电针组。模型组和电针组进行造模,造模成功后,电针组选取国医大师郭诚杰教授临床经验用穴,甲组穴位:天宗、肝俞、足三里(均双侧),乙组穴位:屋翳、合谷(均双侧)、膻中,电针治疗,甲、乙组穴位隔日交替使用,每日1次,5次为1疗程,疗程间休息2日,共4个疗程。治疗结束后,在光、电镜下对其乳腺进行形态学、病理学、超微结构观测;ELISA法检测下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素(Gn RH)、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)、垂体促卵泡刺激素(FSH)含量。结果 :乳头高度、直径:治疗结束后,电针组与模型组比较显著降低(P〈0.05)。乳腺组织形态学超微结构检测:均有明显改善。血清Gn RH、PRL、LH、FSH检测结果 :与模型组比较,电针组均可使Gn RH、PRL、FSH水平下降(P〈0.05)、LH水平上调(P〈0.05)。结论 :通调针法电针治疗MGH模型大鼠疗效显著,可能是通过调节下丘脑-垂体轴分泌的Gn RH、PRL、FSH、LH性激素含量而实现的。 To investigate the effect of Tongtiao manipulation electroacupuncture(EA) treatment on hypothala mus-pituitary axis(HPA) in rats with hyperplasia of mammary gland(MGH). Methods:Female non-pregnant SD healthy rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group and EA group. Rats in the model group and the EA group were used for modeling. After successful modeling,in EA group Professor GUO Chengjie's proved points were applied,including group A,Tianzong(SI 11),Ganshu(BL 18),Zusanli(ST 36)(all bilateral) and group B,Wuyi(ST 15),Hegu(LI 4)(all bilaterals),Danzhong(RN 17),and EA treatment was performed,alternate use of acupoints in group A and B,once a day,5 times for a course of treatment,2 days interval between the treatment,a total of 4 courses. After the treatment,the morphology,pathology and ultrastructure of the mammary gland were observed under light and electron microscope;Gonadotropin releasing hormone(Gn RH),prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulate hormone(FSH) content were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results:Nipple height and diameter:After the treatment,the EA group was significantly lower than the model group(P〈0.05). Ultrastructural examination of mammary tissue morphology:There were significant improvements. Serum Gn RH,PRL,LH,FSH test results:Compared with the model group,in EA group Gn RH,PRL,FSH levels decreased(P〈0.05) and LH levels were upregulated(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Tongtiao manipulation EA on MGH model rats is significant,which may be achieved by regulating the secretion of Gn RH,PRL,FSH,and LH hormones in the HPA.
