唑来膦酸联合化疗对老年肺癌骨转移患者疼痛、血钙、炎症因子及生活质量的影响

Influence of treatment combining zoledronic acid and chemotherapy on the pain, blood calcium, inflammatory factors and life quality of patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer

目的探讨唑来膦酸联合化疗对老年肺癌骨转移患者疼痛、血钙、炎症因子及生活质量的影响。方法选取于2014年1月~2017年6月来我院就诊的老年肺癌骨转移患者,共100例。利用随机数表的方法将所有患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用化学治疗,观察组采用唑来膦酸联合化学治疗,比较两组患者疼痛程度、血钙含量、炎症因子含量以及生活质量差异。结果对照组VAS评分为(5.43±2.12)分,观察组VAS评分为(3.21±1.19)分,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组血钙含量、炎症因子含量出现显著下降(P<0.05);对照组生活质量评分为(84.23±32.58)分,观察组得分为(90.65±28.51)分,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸联合化学治疗可以显著减轻老年肺癌骨转移患者的疼痛程度,提高其生活质量,改善其治疗效果,具有较高的治疗价值,值得在临床进行推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of treatment combining zoledronic acid and chemotherapy on the pain, blood calcium, inflammatory factors and life quality of patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer. Methods 100 elder patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected. Pa- tients were randomized into two groups, control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each using random number table. Patients in control group were treated with chemotherapy and patients in observation group were treated with zoledronic acid and chemotherapy. The differences of pain degree, blood calcium level, inflammatory factors＇ levels and life quality between two groups were compared. Results The VAS score in control group was（5.43±2.12）, while the VAS score in observation group was（3.21±1.19）. The score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the levels of blood calcium and inflammatory factors decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. The score of life quality in control group was（84.23±32.58）, while the score of life quality in observation group was （90.65±28.51）. The score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment combining zoledronic acid and chemotherapy can significantly alleviate the pain, improve the life quality and improve the effectiveness of treatment in elder patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer. It is a highly valuable treatment and worth clinical promotion and application.
