人性化护理对手术室腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者焦虑心理及护理满意度的影响

The effect of humanized nursing on anxiety and nursing satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in operating room

目的探讨人性化护理对手术室腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者焦虑心理及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2014年1月~2016年1月我院住院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例,所有患者根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取人性化护理,比较两组患者干预前后SAS评分及护理满意度。结果治疗前两组焦虑心理SAS评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后干预组焦虑心理SAS评分较治疗前显著降低,且显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。干预组患者对护理人员的满意度为97.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,两组护理满意度比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对手术室腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施人性化护理,可以缓解患者的焦虑心理,提高护理满意度,从而提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on anxiety and nursing satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 80 patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to different nursing methods with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care while those in the intervention group received humanized nursing. SAS scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups before and after intervention. Results There was no obvious difference between the two groups with SAS score before treatment （P〉0.05）. SAS score of the intervention group was significantly lower after treatment, and much lower than the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the intervention group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the two groups showed significant difference in nursing satisfaction（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing was good for dpatients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in operating room, for it can relieve patient＇s anxiety, improve nursing satisfaction, so as to improve nursing quality.
