摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素钠联合物理治疗对高危孕妇剖宫产术后血栓性疾病的预防效果。方法将2016年3月~2018年1月我院接诊的60例高危孕妇纳入本研究。以随机数字表法为分组依据将60例孕妇分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组:剖宫产术后用传统物理治疗,观察组则在传统物理治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钠治疗。观察两组患者血浆凝血酶原时间、活化的部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板水平的变化。结果观察组患者治疗后纤维蛋白原水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者治疗后PT、APTT、血小板水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者药物副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低分子肝素钠联合物理治疗对高危孕妇剖宫产术后血栓性疾病的预防效果较好,患者纤维蛋白原水平明显改善,药物安全性好,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with physiotherapy on thrombotic diseases in high-risk pregnant women after cesarean section. Methods 60 high-risk pregnant women ad- mitted in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were included in this study. According to the random number table method, the pregnant women were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional physical therapy after cesarean section and the observation group was treated with traditional physiotherapy and low molecular weight heparin sodium. The plasma prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen and platelet levels were observed in both groups. Results The level of fibrinogen in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). However, there was no significant difference in PT, APTr and platelet levels between the two groups after treatment (P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with physiotherapy has a good preventive effect on thrombotic diseases in high-risk pregnant women after cesarean section, which can obviously improve the patient's fib- rinogen level and has good drug safety. Its clinical application value is high.
