基于MVDR空间谱的微弱信号检测技术

摘要 现有的信号检测算法主要在时域、频域以及时频域上进行检测,对角度域的利用尚不成熟。对此,本文以无源定位系统为应用背景,将空间DOA估计中的MVDR算法应用到信号检测领域,提出两种基于最小方差无失真响应(Minimum Variance Distortionless Response,MVDR)空间谱的微弱信号检测算法,分别为最大谱值检测(Maximum Spectrum Detection,MSD)和最大最小谱值比检测(Maximum Minimum Spectrum Ratio Detection,MMR)。利用MVDR空域滤波的优势,两种算法对微弱信号都具有较高的检测性能,并且能同时给出目标辐射源相对于观测站的方位信息。另外.本文还应用概率论、随机矩阵、特征值极值分布等理论知识,分析了上述两种算法的可行性。推导了检测门限和检测概率表达式。仿真结果表明,所提算法比经典的特征值类检测算法具有更优的检测性能,其中MMR算法能够克服噪声不确定度的影响。
