国际天然和有机化妆品标准化的新进程——ISO16128-1/2标准的主要内容和重要意义

《ISO16128-1/2天然和有机化妆品成分和产品的技术定义和标准》是ISO/TC 217近期发布的标准,该标准确立了天然和有机化妆品的有关基本定义,原则,以及天然和有机指数的计算方法,这是全球天然和有机化妆品标准统一的里程碑,将让产品的宣称更加透明,从而增强消费信心,有利于行业的持续发展。希望我国有关部门和行业能够参考这两个ISO标准,尽快在中国建立类似标准。

ISO16128-1/2 Guideline on technical definitions and criteria for natural and organic cosmetic ingredients and products-Part 1 Definition for ingredients, Part 2： Criteria for ingredients and products, are two new standards recently published by ISO/TC 217. The standards have established basic definitions and principles for natural and organic cosmetic ingredients and products, as well as the calculation method for natural and organic indexes. The standards are setting milestone for the international standard harmonization for natural and organic cosmetics, which will promote the transparence of product claims and thus improve the consumption confidence. It is suggested that domestic competent authorities and cosmetic industry can establish similar standards in China by reference to these two ISO standards.
