“互联网+”时代产教融合的现实困境与实施路径 被引量:27

摘要 "互联网+"产教融合既是政策要求,也符合技术变革的发展潮流。但是,从院校、教师和企业角度来说,当前"互联网+"时代产教融合存在诸多现实困境:职业院校信息化建设水平亟待提升;教师的信息化能力不能满足"互联网+"产教融合的发展需要;企业推进"互联网+"产教融合的动力不足。基于互联网思维,"互联网+"时代产教融合的实施路径是:运用用户思维,以行业企业需求为中心;运用跨界思维,促进人才培养跨界融合;运用社会化思维,重塑产教双方关系;运用迭代思维,不断革故鼎新;运用平台思维:构建产教融合云服务平台;运用大数据思维,科学分析产教融合大数据。 Production-education integration in"Internet+"era is the policy requirement as well as the technological development trend. However, from the perspective of institutions, teachers and enterprises, there are many practical difficulties in the production-education integration under"Internet+: the level of informatization construction needs to be improved; the informationization ability of teachers cannot meet the development needs; the power of enterprises is insufficient. On the basis of Internet thinking, the implementation path of production-education integration under"Internet+" is: use the user's thinking and focus on the demand of industries and enterprises; use cross-boundary thinking to promote cross-boundary integration of talent training; use socialized thinking to reshape the relationship between the two parties; use iterative thinking to reform and innovate constantly; use platform thinking to build a hybrid cloud service platform; use big data thinking to scientifically analyze production and teaching fusion big data.
