"互联网+"时代要求具备互联网思维与掌握相应技能的新型职业农民,新生代农民将是这一时代新型职业农民的主体。但是,要在农业领域实现"互联网+教育培训"的美好愿景还面临着农村网络技术人才匮乏、基础设施建设欠缺、信息服务市场化运作机制滞后、网络信息平台不健全等挑战,因此,各级政府应该强化自身职能,根据网络教育培训的特征、我国农村发展实际、新生代农民的特点以及职业教育培训的需求,加强农村网络基础设施建设、创新网络教育培训政策、加强网络教育培训监管,建立多元网络教育培训投入机制,为实现新生代农民"互联网+教育培训"构筑新优势和新动能。

A new type of professional farmer with Internet thinking and grasp the skills is required in the ＂Internet＋＂ era, and the new generation farmers will be the main part. But to achieve the good vision ＂Internet＋ training＂ in the field of agriculture, we face the following challenges： lack of rural practical talents, lack of infrastructure construction, market-oriented operation mechanism of information service lags behind, network information platform is not sound. Therefore, governments at all levels according to the characteristics of network education and training, the reality of China＇s rural areas, the characteristics of the new generation farmers, and the needs of vocational education and training should strengthen their functions first, strengthen rural network infrastructure construction, innovation network education and training policy, strengthen network education training supervision, establish multiple network education and training investment mechanism, then we can build the new advantages and energy of new generation farmers ＂Internet＋ training＂.
