摘要 美国"一贯制技术高中"是由纽约市教育局、纽约市立大学和纽约城市技术学院以及IBM公司共同创设的公立高中,旨在为IT行业培养技术型人才以填补岗位的空缺,同时增加高等教育人数、提高就业率。该学校以其超越传统边界的多主体合作办学模式、订制式的连贯性课程体系及独特的3S学校管理模式吸引了美国政府和社会的广泛关注,并逐渐推广到美国其他地区。美国"一贯制技术高中"作为一种应用型人才培养的新模式,体现了STEM教育的创新性实践,也反映出美国沟通基础教育与职业教育的新趋势。 P-TECH is a public high school co-founded by New York City Department of Education, The City University of New York, New York City College of Technology and IBM Corporation, which aims to train IT technical talents to fill the job vacancies, and increase the student toll of higher education to improve employment. Because of its innovative forms of cooperation, model of running school and curriculum system, P-TECH attracted the attention of federal government and society, and was gradually extended to other parts of the US. As a new type of applied talents training, P-TECH embodied the innovative practice of STEM education, and also reflected the new trend of ommunication between academic education and CTE in the United States..
