摘要
环氧树脂是一种常用的热固性树脂,有机硅是环氧树脂的一种有效改性剂。有机硅含量对产物的性能会有很大影响,不同性能的变化趋势也不相同。从高性能有机硅改性环氧树脂的力学性能、热稳定性能、阻燃性能、光学性能这4个方面对研究者的研究成果进行分析总结。
Epoxy resin was a kind of commonly used thermosetting resin, and silicone was an effective modifier of epoxy resin. The silicone content had a great influence on the properties of the product, and the variation trend of different properties was different. The research progress of silicone-modified epoxy resins with high performance such as mechanical properties, thermal stability, flame retardancy and optical properties were reviewed.
