摘要 模内电子(IME)是传统的模内装饰(IMD)技术与柔性印制电路的结合。将机械式多功能控制开关以IME控制开关改换,并通过注塑及散热分析,得出模内电子产品在注塑成型的充填、温度分布、翘曲以及稳定工作下散热的特点,最终制作实物并安装整车测试性能,得到的IME控制开关可以准确完成所有功能的控制,并且相比原先的机械式开关减重近78%,实现了轻量化的目标。 In mold electric (IME) was a combination of traditional in mold decoration (IMD) technology and flexible printed circuit. In this paper, the mechanical multifunctional control switch was replaced by an IME control switch, And through injection molding and heat dissipation analysis, the characteristics of the injection molding filling, temperature distribution, warping and steady cooling of the electronic products in the mold were obtained. Finally, the production was made and installed in the car for performance test. Compared to the original mechanical switch, the IME control switch can accurately control all functions and loss weight nearly by 78% to achieve the goal of light weight.
