摘要
针对某型客车复合材料板弹簧进行了结构分析与试验研究。成型复合材料板弹簧的产品刚度与设计刚度相比,偏差可控制在2%的允许范围内;且板弹簧通过了30万次台架疲劳试验与试验场道路耐久性强化试验,而且复合材料的外观与刚度均无明显变化,确保产品可满足某车型的使用寿命要求。
In this paper, finite element analysis and experimental study were done for a bus composite leaf spring. Through the optimization, the deviation of stiffness of the molded composites could be controlled in the allowable range of about 2%. By 300 thousand times of fatigue bench tests and strengthening road tests of durability, the appearance and stiffness had no obvious change, meeting the requirements of a certain type of bus in life time.
