摘要
提出了一种钢框架梁柱弱轴连接梁腹板开两半圆孔型节点(简称TSCV),首先运用有限元软件ABAQUS对已有的削弱型梁柱弱轴连接节点试验进行模拟分析,验证了有限元建模方法的有效性,然后对TSCV节点进行了系列参数分析,主要考虑的参数包括两个半圆孔之间未削弱的高度H、开孔中心距离柱翼缘边缘的距离L,及开孔半径R。结果表明:TSCV系列加载点的荷载-位移滞回曲线均呈饱满的梭形,该类型节点具有良好的耗能性能;改变该类型节点的3个关键参数对其初始刚度基本没有影响;随着H的增大,节点的承载能力逐渐小幅提高,梁截面的屈曲变形位置逐渐向梁柱连接处靠近;随着L的增大,节点的承载能力基本没有变化,塑性铰逐渐由梁柱连接处外移,当L达到一定值时,靠近梁柱连接处的梁翼缘也出现屈曲变形;随着R的增大,节点的承载能力逐渐减小,屈曲变形逐渐由梁柱连接处向削弱处发展;综合其受力性能和塑性应变分布,建议H取为0.25hbw,L取为(1.14~1.31)hb,R取为(0.35~0.38)hbw,hb和hbw分别为钢梁高度和梁腹板高度。
The paper put forward a beam-to-column weak-axis connection in steel frame with two semi-circular voids on the beam web(TSCV). The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was firstly adopted to simulate the existed tested reduced beam-to-column weak-axis connection, thus verifying the effectiveness of the modeling methods. Then the parameter analysis was conducted for the TSCV connection,and the parameters,including the undiminished height H between the two semi-circular voids,the distance L between the voids center and the edge of the column flanges,and the opening radius R were taken into account. The results showed that the load-displacement hysteretic curves of TSCV series connections behaved plump spindle shape,indicating this kind of connection had good energy dissipation. Changing the three key parameters had little effect on the initial stiffness of the connection. With the increasing of H,the bearing capacity increased slowly,and the buckling deformation at the beam section was gradually closed to the beam-to-column connection. With the increasing of L,the bearing capacity was basically unchanged,and the plastic hinge was moved away from the beam-to-column connection,while when L reached a certain value,the buckling also occurred in the beam flanges near the beam-to-column connection. With the increasing of R,the bearing capacity decreased slowly,and the buckling deformation was gradually moved from the beam-to-column connection to the reduced beam section. Considering comprehensively the mechanical properties and plastic strain distribution,parameters H = 0. 25 hbw,L =(1. 14 ~ 1. 31) hb,and R =(0. 35 ~ 0. 38) hbwwere recommended,where the hband hbwwas the beam height and beam web height respectively.
