基于张弦梁技术加固既有门式刚架厂房结构 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济的发展,大量既有门式刚架厂房面临着因使用功能变更而导致的结构荷载增加问题,原结构设计已不能满足现行相关技术标准的要求,需要进行加固改造或者拆旧建新,合理的加固技术能够获得更好的经济及社会效益。将预应力技术应用于某实际加固工程中,将原门式刚架厂房改造为弦支刚架结构体系。计算结果表明:弦支刚架体系能够大幅减小刚架所受弯矩,提高构件承载力并减小结构变形。设计了梁柱-拉索节点,并对其力学性能进行了有限元模拟,验证了节点设计的合理性。 As the development of domestic economy in recent years,a large number of portal frames are facing a problem that functional changes causing increased load on the structure,which led to the original structural design do not meet the present codes. Reinforcement and transformation design or building a new structure will be needed to handle this issue,it 's worth nothing that rational strengthening technique can get better economic and social benefits. The strengthening technique of pre-stress was used in the existing portal frame,which has been converted into a cable-supported steel frame structural system(CSSFSS). The reinforcement design was carefully studied by using the finite element analysis software,the results showed that bending moment and deformation of CSSFSS were lowered to a great extent,then the bearing capacity of structure was significantly improved,and the deformention was reduced. A reinforced beam-columncable joint was designed and its mechanical properties were studied with finite element analysis to verify the mechanical feasibility of the joint.
