大跨度大截面高等级材质的箱型钢梁滑移施工技术

摘要 大截面高强度钢材的箱型钢梁在大跨度的结构中应用比较广泛。长沙国金中心项目溜冰场钢屋面根据现场吊装场地的承载力对单榀箱型钢梁进行分段,在原结构柱上部设置圆管钢柱作为箱型钢梁及滑移轨道支撑柱。并采用滑移小车、滑移轨道、手拉葫芦吊、钢丝绳及临时固定措施将对称的两榀箱型钢梁形成整体后滑移就位,保证了箱型钢梁的安装质量,且节约了吊装机械成本。 Large-section high grade material steel box girder has been widely used in the long-span structures.According to the on-site bearing capacity,the steel roof of Changsha National Golden Center project skating rink was used to segment the single-beam steel box girder,and the upper steel column of the original structure column was used as the box girder and the support of sliding track. And the use of sliding car,sliding track,hand chain hoist,wire rope and temporary fixed measures would be a symmetrical two-box steel beam formed after the overall sliding in place to ensure the installation of box girder quality,and save lifting machinery costs.
